Each Tycoon Online round lasts for 70 days. When 70 days have passed, the game is reset and the following events occur:
30 minutes before the round ends
- Final payment of salaries is made
10 minutes before the round ends
- Offices are paid for hours of service provided that day
Note: Rounds currently begin and end at 10 minutes past the hour. Because of this, ordinary top of the hour processing, including factory production and shop sales, occur 10 minutes before the end of the round. This is not special end of round processing, however.
At the moment when the round ends
- Negative savings are compensated for with company value
- Companies with 0 company value are declared bankrupt
- Available savings are automatically invested in your company (money on the salary and gasoline accounts are not considered savings)
- Tycoon Online records are updated
- Tycoon Online points are calculated (done manually by the game administrator)
- An e-mail with the results of the round is sent to all players (done manually by the game administrator)
